Upstream - это восьмиуровневый курс (CEFR A1+ - C2) британского английского языка, разработанный специально для молодежи и взрослых, чтобы поднять их уровень владения языком от уровня абсолютного новичка до уровня профессионала.
Учебник состоит из 5 модулей, каждый из которых включает два юнита, объединённых одной из различных межкультурных тем, и блока со справочной информацией. Юниты содержат разделы с материалами, разнообразными текстами и упражнениями для развития таких языковых навыков, как чтение, аудирование, письменная и разговорная речь, лексические упражнения для расширения словарного запаса, грамматический раздел. Также в конце каждого модуля есть блок для самостоятельной оценки прогресса изучения английского языка.

"Upstream: Pre-Intermediate" is a modular course for learners of the English language at CEF B1 level. The series combines active English learning with a variety of lively topics presented in themed units.
